Ah... Thoreau...this is a good quote and it explains why simply thinking one time that things were better doesn't make things so... it is a habit, an act that is repeatable until it becomes automatic that makes the change most people hope for...
I remember saying once on FB that sometimes the only difference between what you do and who you are is repetition. Never thought about that also applying to the mental side of things. Thanks for that.
